On this day in 1967, Neuromuscular WA was born – and today, we’re proudly celebrating 58 years of supporting children, adults & families living with muscular dystrophy and neuromuscular conditions across Western Australia.

For nearly six decades, we’ve been a steady, community-driven charity offering support that adapts to the evolving needs of our members. Whether it’s through research, advocacy, equipment, education or social connection, our mission has always been to stand beside those living with neuromuscular conditions in WA, leading to happier, healthier people.

But we can’t do it without YOU!

We are supporting more people than ever, and with this growth comes an increasing demand for support. While our programs have successfully expanded to reach more people and introduce vital new services, our ability to continue meeting these growing needs depends on your donations.
